Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Winnemucca Mustangs 2026/2027

Registration fees may be refunded if a player withdraws from the program prior to the start of the season. Please note that the $90 jersey fee is non-refundable once team jerseys have been ordered, as jerseys are custom-made specifically for each player. If a refund is requested after jersey orders have been placed, the refund amount will be reduced by the $90 jersey cost. Once the season has begun, refund requests will be reviewed by the Winnemucca Hockey Association Board on a case-by-case basis. If the association is required to cancel the season before jerseys are ordered, a full refund will be issued.
